Step 1: After power on, set "Mode""Time""Power" modes (short press UP/Down button to choose one of them).

Left/Right button is to set continuous wave / Pulsed wave at "Mode".

Quick press Time, it will go 1 minute per time, and long press Time, it will go 10 minutes per time.

Left/Right button is also to set power level, short press it to choose 25%/50%/75%/100% power.

Step 2: Choose Light for therapy as the following ways:
